🧾 Refund & Return Policy
At Game Day Treasures, customer satisfaction is our top priority. While we strive to ensure every order arrives in perfect condition, we understand that situations may arise where a return or exchange is needed. Please review our policy below and contact us if you have any questions.
🕒 Return Window & RMA ProcessPlease inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If there is an issue, contact us within 30 days of the ship date to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#).
Returns sent without an RMA# will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer’s expense.
💥 Damaged or Incorrect MerchandiseIf you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of the ship date to request a replacement and an RMA#.
Please note: Occasionally, a manufacturer may update a product design without prior notice. These instances are not considered “incorrect items” and are treated as unwanted returns (see below).
🚫 Unwanted MerchandiseIf you decide you no longer want an item, contact us within 30 days of the ship date for an RMA#.
- The item must be new, unused, and in original packaging.
- A 20% restocking fee will apply.
- The actual shipping cost (not flat-rate or free shipping) will be deducted from your refund.
Orders canceled while in transit or refused at delivery will also be treated as unwanted merchandise and incur the same restocking and shipping fees.
📦 Product Condition Requirements- Items must be returned undamaged and in resellable condition.
Orders refused upon delivery or returned due to an invalid or undeliverable address will be treated as unwanted merchandise. Shipping costs and restock fees will apply.
If your order is returned for an invalid address but you still want the item, we can reship it after receiving the corrected address and payment for new shipping charges.
🏢 Manufacturer Returns & Processing TimeSome products ship directly from the manufacturer or a third-party supplier. In these cases, it may take up to one week to obtain an RMA# and complete the return authorization process.
🚚 Returns for Free Shipping OrdersIf you return an order that originally qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost we paid to send the item will be deducted from your refund, along with any restocking fees.
📦 Return Shipping & TrackingWe recommend shipping your return with a service that provides a tracking number. If a return package is lost and you do not have tracking information, we cannot process a refund or locate the package.
