Q: How can I track my order?
After we ship your order, we will send you the tracking number via email to the address you provided when placing your order.
You can also use our automated chat option to track your order anytime for the latest delivery updates.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Q: Do I have to pay sales tax?
Sales tax is not charged on orders shipping to addresses outside the State of North Carolina. Orders shipping within North Carolina will be charged the current state sales tax rate.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we do not ship internationally. We ship only within the continental 48 United States at this time.
Q: If I sign up for your newsletter, will my email address be given to 3rd parties?
No. We respect your privacy. Your email address will never be shared or sold. We only use it to send you product updates, promotions, or company news from Game Day Treasures. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Q: What is your return policy?
🧾 Return Policy
At Game Day Treasures, customer service is our top priority. If you need to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of the ship date to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#).
Returns without an RMA# will not be accepted and will be sent back at the customer's expense.
Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
If you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, contact us within 14 days of shipment for a replacement and RMA#. Please do not send items back without authorization. Occasionally, product designs may change without notice from the manufacturer. These are not considered incorrect items and are handled as unwanted merchandise.
Unwanted Merchandise
If you decide you no longer want an item, contact us within 14 days for an RMA#. Once approved, return the item in new condition and original packaging. Refunds are issued minus a 20% restocking fee and the actual shipping cost (including free-shipping orders).
Orders canceled while in transit or refused at delivery are treated as unwanted returns and are subject to the same fees.
Item Condition Requirements
- Items must be undamaged and in original packaging.
- Clothing must include all tags, unworn and unwashed.
- Tire covers must be clean, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Earrings cannot be returned due to health regulations.
Refused Deliveries & Invalid Addresses
Shipments refused or returned due to invalid or undeliverable addresses are treated as unwanted merchandise. We can reship the item once a correct address and re-shipping payment are provided.
Manufacturer or Third-Party Returns
Some items ship directly from manufacturers or suppliers and may take up to one week to obtain an RMA#. In-stock items can be processed immediately.
Returns for Free Shipping Orders
If your order qualified for free shipping (e.g., orders over $100), the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund, along with the restocking fee.
Return Shipping & Tracking
Always ship your return with a tracking number. If a return package is lost in transit without tracking information, we cannot issue a refund or locate the package.
